Parents and potential students.

When we receive an enquiry, we make up a file containing your details. This normally contains contact details for you, including your name, school name, gender, parent’s name, address, email and contact number and the reason for seeking tuition. In order to introduce an appropriate service for your child, we will ask for their name, school attended, age/ year group and information about their academic profile. We do this in order to perform an accurate, useful and specialized introduction service, or to provide you with relevant educational service. The information provided by the student is kept in records by the teacher and is not shared with anyone else. It will be retained in a secure environment and access to it will be restricted according to the guidance provided by the teacher only to the parent.

Visitors to our website.

When someone visits our website, we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the website. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone.
